“Superbe séjour dans un endroit grandiose.”

“The hotel was very modern and clean and close to the railway station (2 stops away). The staff were all friendly. Small breakfast buffet was great. I would stay at this hotel again definitely and highly recommend it to anyone who would stay in Lugano.”

“I would highly recommend!”

“Clean very clean”

“Modern, clean and comfortable ”

“We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are...

“Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.”
