“What a wonderfull family! Food was so good. Beach accses great location”

“Spacious modern apartments close to the beach. Best accommodation we have stayed in for the price. The apartments look very new and are beautifully decorated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didn’t have this problem thankfully as we were walking. ”

“It was a privilege to stay in the old town next to the castle in Gjirokaster. High above the modern city, next to castle and the old bazaar, it was not only convenient but an experience of a life from another time. Ever wonder what it’s like living way up on the hill in the castle? Last night residing in the old town, adjoining the castle, was that experience. Too high for any city lights to penetrate, it was dark skies. Only the stars and a sliver of the moon. No sound. Not traffic,...

“The accommodation was pleasant, with a balcony and AC. It was a bit small, but that wasn't really an issue. Overall, it was clean, even the bathroom! However, there were a few hairs in some spots and a little dust in one corner, but nothing significant. However, the address listed on this app (Hotels.com) wasn’t entirely accurate, as it suggested the place was right in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle. In reality, the accommodation is about an 8-minute uphill walk from the city center....

“We loved staying at Amalia’s house. Everything was spotless and cozy, and very peaceful and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and it’s very easy to access the main areas of Gjirokastra with a quick walk up the hill. We’d love to come stay here again!”
