"This was the half way marker for a road trip from South Florida to New York. I was traveling with two dogs and this hotel made the stop super easy. It is right off 95 and easy to get to. I am a female who was traveling alone with two dogs and the property was well lit up and felt very safe considering I arrived at 1:30am. The staff was friendly and efficient. I liked that the rooms had outdoor acess so entering with dogs was fast and easy. The best part is this hotel is pet friendly and that was my main concern besides being safe. I did not use the pool or the continential breakfast that was offered but for the price I really think this was a great find on my trip North, and I also stopped here on my way back south. I did return and would recommend it to anybody traveling and needing a pet friendly place to stay."

"This place is my go to when I have to go visit my daughter at college. Its a little far away from uncp but there are restaurants around that are less expensive and family friendly. The hotel staff there is ccommodating and customer focused. It's been my go to for the past four years."

"This hotel was OK. Our TV did not work but the front desk staff immediately came to the room and took care of it. Breakfast was OK. But it was a nice stay."
