“The check in person could not explain to me how to register and pay for my parking other than to scan the QR code, which I explained 3 times that I couldn't do. The sign in the parking lot explained how I code send a text. He didn't seem to know this. The room should include free parking. The person making breakfast needs some help. All the tables were dirty, and he ran out of whipped cream. There was a ball of something sticky with hair attached to it stuck to the bathmat towel. I left it for...

“Hotel was fine. WiFi was an issue as it kept dropping the connection every hour or two.”

“It was a tad outdated , bed not very comfortable. The bathroom didn’t look all that clean- found a hair tie on the ground. The front desk staff was very nice!”

“Good to stay for biz trip”

“The hotel was modern, comfortable & friendly staff. Easy access to shopping & restaurants”

“It was clean. I had an Amazing time! Thank you”

“Our room had a pillowcase with a chewed hole in it, threadbare bath at, mildew on the bathroom ceiling, rusty door, poor lighting, shower curtain wouldn't stay on and no shower gel in the holder. Another room with a family member did not have any bath towels, rusty door and ring around toilet seat. Not impressed.”

“The lobby was clean and bright. The phone was disconnected in the room…..” they haven’t worked for a year.” The advertised pool was closed for “daily maintenance “ but on inquiry it had been shut down for one month due to chlorine issues. That was a disappointment.”

“The staff was amazing. My stay was wonderful!!”

“Great place. Wish they had EV chargers.”

“The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful.”

“Breakfast was pretty basic and not a lot of options. Coffee was really good though. Maybe best I've had at a hotel. Hot tub was not nearly hot enough, but pool and hot tub area were clean. Room was spacious and really good for the price. Overall good place and would stay again.”

“The 2 story hotel overall was modest and a bit dated, but the rooms had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the quietest AC unit I can remember. In fact, as frequent travellers, this was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. Finally, the front desk staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating, allowing us a late check out with no hesitation. Note that there are no elevators to the second floor.”

“Mid”

“This hotel doubles as a halfway house... residence have pets. Place smells like cat pee and cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting...we didn't even stay, walked into our UNCLEANED room and walked back out.”
