Nice big room. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Desk and dining staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. The lady tending the pool was so pleasant and helpful!!! Biggest downfall was the the pool was cold, hot tub was lukewarm, and the slide was out of order.

We were there during a remodel. We were in an old room. It's was less than comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly, professional and willing to do what they could to make us more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again after the remodel to try the new rooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are remodeling, new carpet in hallways, rooms, furniture in suite very nice. Had a lounge on 2nd floor with TV so if have extra company or want to visit a nice space is provided. Hot tub and pool were nice. Nice bathroom towels and linens . Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Would stay there again. Only thing in our room was water in bath shower drained very slowly. Rates reasonable.

The location was easily found and close to where my event was located. The staff were friendly and the pool area was the main reason we stayed there compared to other nearby location.

Room was not cleaned-found a crumpled napkin and toothpick/skewer under the bed when we turned it down to go to sleep. The staff was excellent-very kind. Parking is great. Breakfast was okay, until we saw the prep room- absolutely disgusting...Amenities; ice machine was broken, so had to go to a different floor, which was fine, however the slide was out of order, and pancake maker wasn't working-if we had young kids, I would have been really disappointed.

We had a great stay here. They were in the midst of remodeling but it wasn’t at all a nuisance. Margret who worked both the desk and did the morning breakfast was so welcoming and friendly she was simply a joy and made the stay even better. If you see her, say hi from Steve. Breakfast has a nice selection and we had it most every morning. Waffles, eggs, breakfast meats muffins, fruit, coffee, tea. Overall it was one of the best stays. Room was clean, bed comfortable and nice fridge, coffee pot and microwave also has hairdryer, iron and board. Only downside is you get plenty of pillows but they seemed a little small and a chair or two would have been nice but not needed. My sister and her husband were in a very nice 1st floor room that had a separate space area with tv , couch and chair. She was in a wheelchair and it was great she said. We were there for a wedding and family visit of 5 nights so not every evening was spent with them. They are close to some food choices and a Speedway which was convenient since we had a rental car and needed filling before returning to the airport. I would definitely recommend them and would stay there the next time we visited.

They were in the middle of remodeling so lots of furniture in the hallways. The staff was amazing. The pool area was disappointing. The pool water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, hot tub and little kid water area were broken so shut down. The first room we were put in the TV wasnt working and it was gross but they moved us to a new room that was NEW and we loved it. Electrical issues I am sure due to remodeling. There is one staff member who could smile and greet people. She seems unhappy working there. I appreciate everyone. They made out stay comfortable. Thank you.

Pro’s- weekend staff were very nice. Breakfast area is big, new and clean- high quality breakfast. Pool area is big. Rooms are nice. Con’s- the American Flag flown at this hotel is an ATROCIOUS disrespect for the American veteran- I have never seen a flag is such a poor shape flown in our nation… our base would get bombed everyday in Iraq and we would still make sure the flag was cared for… the disgusting condition shows a MAJOR problem with leadership and there is no way a Manager that cares so little for our nation’s colors cares about the guest… I saw the offensive flag display before I even walked in the door…. Failing leaders that care so little do not produce a quality product and will never meet guest expectations. The remodeling going on I can live with, but POOR leadership will make me take my business to another hotel franchise in our next trip to the cities… HOT TUB had no jets and was cold on Saturday at 5:30pm and the staff sitting in the pool area didn’t know to check that someone had pushed in the emergency stop button… even when I explained how I got the jets back on she didn’t know what I was talking about- she clearly had not been trained- she wasn’t trained because of poor leadership at this hotel that doesn’t care about our colors. How long was that button pressed to make the whole hot tub cold? Does the front desk not get alerted when the button is pressed? Good location & facility, Super nice staff w/ Poor leadership, and hideous flag etiquette.
