The staff made me feel so welcome, personally escorted me to my room, and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My room was extremely clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. The service and attention to detail made the experience worth every penny. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend Bernini Palace to anyone visiting Florence!"
