โA little difficult to find initially, Fairfield is directly behind Home 2 Building. Checkin was quick, young man assisting was v professional. Stayed one nite, attending concert at SPAC and quick visit to Saratoga, both easy drives away. Hotel is v close to I-87, exit 12. Breakfast offered standard options, nothing special. A Panera Bread is nearby for a more substantial meal. Would stay here again.โ

It was so fantastic place. Very comfortable and convenient room condition for some bite with beer. My parents also lovely this place.โ
โIt was nice being at the end of hall, close to parking lot. But two things made it a bit uncomfortable:
1. Ice machine was close to room, but was out of order. Nit ixed in the 3 days I was there.
2. The exit door going up n down the stairs need their sliding stops adjusted (they don't work). People wrre coming in and out at all hours - door was CONSTANTLY SLAMMING and shaking my room (#201). Woke me up at least 6-8 times. :-(

โFriendly staff. The staff went above and beyond to guide us on all excursions. We also enjoyed having our breakfast every morning, which was included in the price of our stay.โ
โAlthough a few miles outside town, we were able to take advantage of the shuttle service. We were able to get to and from the track and were transported back from area restaurants. Thanks so much!โ
โThis is our second time staying at the Springwater B&B and looking forward to coming back next year. The inn is clean and really beautiful and excellent staff. Highly recommend this B&Bโ
โOther than the elevator being out of order, the lobby and our room were very clean. Shows some signs of age but overall a pretty good deal. Parking was good and there were plenty of dining options in the area.โ
