โBest location on Matosinhos. 1-minute walk to Sul Matosinhos metro, 5 minutes to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and good groceries around.
Chsrming property. The walls are pretty tin and staircase is squeaking a lot. temperature control goes random at time and door locks are tiny.

โThe place is very clean, quiet, nice staff and close to public transport. The only thing I did not like is the shower. Itโs tiny! Specially compared to the size of the bathroom and bedroom. Not a lot of food/dining options within walking distance but has great public transport close by. โ

โThe apartment layout was nice. It was great to have a little kitchen to cook meals in, a washer to wash clothes in, and a balcony to sit out on. The bed and sofa were not the most comfortable but they were manageable. The location was great to catch a bus, and Casa Da Musica metro station is a 10-15 minute walk. Pingo Doce (grocery store) is 5-10 minutes up the road walking. McDonald's is 1 minute away walking if you need some late night junk food. There's a couple local coffeeshops too.

โThe property itself has a lot of potential to be a great place with minimal effort. However, it clearly showed its age. Living room furniture was stained. Owner did provide sheets to cover at our request so we could sit. One of the bedroom window shades was broken and it took owners five days to respond after our request to fix it. As we were leaving day after, we told them not to bother. We also had to ask for additional towels as the ones provided were not sufficient for four people staying...
โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. The property has been beautifully remodeled and the room was spacious with a wonderful en suite. Breakfast was delightful and the location was great! If you stay here, we HIGHLY recommend the restaurant Crivelli Restaurante Italiano. It is a total gem with delicious Italian cuisine created by Sergio Crivelli, the chef himself!โ
