“We wanted a hotel that is near the beach, affordable and also with easy access to town centre. Unfortunately this hotel is extremely run down. I heard that some of the executive suites have been remodelled (only rooms with aircon!) but the standard room we stayed in was in a terrible condition. Wallpaper on the walls and ceiling were peeling off, mold on all silicons in the bathroom and the shower head was orange from build up. The staff were excellent, Yuko on reception and Tom who looked after us with afternoon tea, where both exceptional and a credit to the hotel, both were very professional and polite.
