"Good choice at breakfast from the mixed (hot/cold) buffet. Relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant stay. The only negative is parking, if you travel with your own car you have to park in the multi-story shoppers car park on the opposite side of the M32.. but in fairness, that is not the hotel's fault."

"The room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom door didn't close properly , but it was not a big issue. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was abundant and reasonably good."

"The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming..only eggs scrambled, I didn’t ask about vegan options but egg choices or vegan options were not offered, the basics were there but I felt that getting down to breakfast early was a better bet. I was upgraded to a spacious room on arrival on an upper floor with fabulous views. Very clean and quiet. Central location was excellent. Staff were very helpful."

"Great stay. Hotel located within walking distance of Temple Meads station, local bus stops and Cabot Circus shopping centre. We were greeted warmly by staff at reception and had no issues checking in, or out. The room was fantastic. We stayed in a double double room on the top floor with views of Castle Park. Room was clean and modern, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only small issue was how firm the mattress was, but once you'd got use to it. We both slept well. The pillows were fantastic, like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. We only stayed one night. But would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."
