“Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable ! Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et reposante, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. 🔸 À noter : le nettoyage quotidien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, et certaines chambres familiales manquent de balcon, malgré une jolie vue sur mer et piscines.”

“This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony. “Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out.
