“The breakfast was great. Fresh and nice selection.
The pool is unheated and frigid. We felt like it defeated the purpose of having an indoor pool.
Our bathroom had random hairs throughout the shower.
While no fault of the hotels, but we were facing the main road and it was loud. Our blinds also didn’t close properly so we had street lights blaring into our room.”

“I arrived about 3:30 and waited almost an hour for the room reserved to be cleaned. A desk person went "to the room" to make sure it was ready. This person returned and told me the room was clean and ready. I went to the room to take my clothes and immediately left to go pick up my wife at the airport. I asked several people at the hotel what the cost of "self park" would be. Nobody could give me an answer, they all said it depends on how often my car leaves the parking lot and how long the car...
