"We stayed 3 days, no enough towels and they didn’t clean the room until the last day Also no remotes control for the tv, no phone to call the front desk the safety box never worked Make sure to let them know everything that is not working or missing, or else they’ll charge you Also no parking at the hotel 🤔🙂🙂"

"Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place was poor and the pool was unusable as it was not clear or clean. One day the water went out and I had to go somewhere else and pay to clean up. I returned to the hotel because there was no other hotel available since there was an international activity where the city was full to capacity and there was no prevention as a sistern to be able to overcome this inconvenience. The parking lot had poor lighting."
