"The room was amazing. Loved the top up mini bar daily. The staff Shell and Andy were a stand out so helpful 😀. Loved the whole vibe of the hotel history. Only comment is the western breakfast. We find it unusual to eat salad and vegetables for breakfast. Salmon and eggs is ok but need toast or bread. Baked beans needs to be hot "

"Our room was very spacious, we had 2 large bathrooms and an extra toilet! Very luxurious and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very reasonably priced. Walkable to the fisherman’s wharf and close to Outer harbour ferry terminal"

"The location is in a more historic section of Macau with plenty of interesting side streets. Ypu just have to explore! We loved this hotel and will come back. Sure beats the mega hotels on the Cotai strip!"

"Room was in excellent condition. Super clean and large as we got upgraded to a suite. Only downside was the balcony view as it overlooked other rooms. Staff were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and provided excellent service."

"Super clean Super friendly staff Good size room Epic restaurant and downstairs cafe had amazing food and drinks Lovely common area Every time we asked for something, they were quick to respond Good sound isolation Areas for improvement: - housekeeping often forgot to make beds, but did everything else great - sofa bed is super uncomfortable, don’t recommend - laundry service a bit confusing and staff not fully trained on troubleshooting- they however helped us extending our time using it which was much appreciated "
