Disappointing Experience
We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. We expected a fridge, microwave, and white towels, but none were provided—instead, we received grayish towels. In a room with two queen beds, only one coffee set was available, and there was no tea at all. No separate in-room dining area as promised.
The carpet appeared worn, and although the bathroom was clean, the bathtub enamel was chipped and aged. None of the electrical outlets built into the clock were functional. The pool area lacked basic amenities: no restrooms, no fitting rooms, and no towels were provided.
Check-in was not available until 4:00 PM, which is notably later than the standard at most hotels across the country.
Overall, the experience felt more like staying in a noisy, budget motel rather than a two-star hotel. At $180.88 for a one-night stay, the price felt unjustified for the quality received.
