"Negatives: Firstly, the building looks too old. There is no elevator. The room was clean, however there is no seperate shower. No balcony plus the look from the windows is pathetic. We were a family of 3 but all the amenities like towels etc we received are only for 2 guests. They didn’t even bother to provide tooth brush and paste for any of the guests. The pool water was a bit dirty. The changing room near the pool had showers but no soap was provided so you have to change from swim wear and again go to the room to take shower. The food was expensive. We ordered Thai rice curry but it hardly had any curry in it! Positives: The staff were friendly. The pools and beach vibe was good. The drinks were good. We booked the rooms including breakfast but didn’t have enough time as we had to catch early flight. They kindly packed us sandwiches, fruits and drinks. "
