“Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. “We had two rooms booked, one room AC wasn't working. Hotel was fill so they couldn't move us to another room as well. When we mentioned the issue during check out; no apology or the counter guy didn't take it that serious.”
