Would like to praise Parmeen, Muskan and Anushka for their hospitality. Forgot the staffs name at the dining area. Excellent service. If I have to pick one draw back - then its AC - it went off when we came back to the resort.โ
โAmazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing .
Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain.โ

โHeritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. โ
โThe hotel was overbooked but the Manager of the Hotel Joseph contacted us in advance to inform about the situation and offered to book us in at a Home stay. Since we were going only for the weekend, I accepted the offer. The rooms at Home stay were spacious with a good view. For all the trouble Joseph offered us a comp fire place which we enjoyed as it gets cold over night in Coorg.

โThe property is lovely and quiet and safe. The staff was very homely. We had a 2 years baby with us, and they served us hot milk and water till late night.. loved the aura of the place.. highly recommended it.
Also, every touristy place is max 30 mins away.โ
