"We got stuck when the faa Closed airspace due to Venezuela attacks. We were scrambling for a family of 4 for a place to say. This place was spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. "The only problem we had was our Nextdoor neighbor spent the entire week smoking on her balcony. We were not able to enjoy the view because the smell was disgusting. Anytime we opened the balcony door, our room smelled like we had smoked in it. We complained, but nothing was done. It’s a shame one inconsiderate person can ruin an otherwise great experience."
