The hotel is beautiful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room wasn't ready because I needed a roll in shower. They offered another type of roo., but we said that we would come back. When we came back, the lady asked my last name and she immediately knew who I was. Then the desk manager saw me and said she was glad I was back. Later when I had to get snacks and drinks in the shop by the registration desk, the guy offered to help get my drinks from the cooler and bag everything up for me. The original lady that was trying to check us in earlier, she saw me and asked how my friend was doing in the hospital. I couldn't believe she would remember me telling her, 7 hours ago, that my family traveled up there to see our friend who was in the hospital! The room was large, clean, bathroom was large and clean. The mattress was soft and the covers were, too. Nice stay. You have to pay $10 for parking and breakfast is not included. They have a buffet at an additional cost. We didn't have that.
