Plus: Basic but clean room in quiet neighbourhood close to metro, a few good restaurants and cafés, and some shops nearby. Minus: Paper-thin walls so you hear everything and some guests were very loud around 1-3 am. Make sure to complete the registration beforehand.

The check in is a nightmare. Although I was asked to register 5 days before the check-in , it didn't stop them to ask me to register again 1 day before checkin. Arrived midnight to 10min and then I was asked again to register. At the end , after calls and chats, I manage to enter. I was allocated an en suite room 4 . The instructions said it would be on floor 1 but instead it was outside next to the main door. The room is not soundproof and was more expensive than the

The place was completely dirty when we got there. Opened the room door and found food and candy wraps on top of the bed. Walls were very dirty too as well as the bed sheets.

Nightmare the online checkin just sends u round in circles. Hours filling in same form. Stressing wont be able to check-in. Phone number just sends u a msg to complete a form but form came in Spanish. Eventually manage to get to online chat !!. 40 mins stood outside building trying to get in. Another guest also stood outside with same issues. No instructions on how to find room. It was outside main building and basically the converted shed cold and felt damp. Set up as disabled room with huge bathroom but how u would get a wheel chair in the room to get to bathroom no idea Bathroom light on a sensor bathroom door swollen with the moisture so unble to block light when using loo in the night. Light stays on for ages!!!! As unable to make forms work added stress of not being able to check out properly and risk late checkout charge. Price low but even so !!!

Very good place , once i had found it. Niegbours all knew nothing about hotel so was walking around for a while trying to find. No sign on building justbsmall one on gate. I did like because was close to bus station. Metro Station, is a quite zone, and House is clean very well located. I didnt like for not having any one to help with anything else, couldnt know where to get breakfast, the city induction, and also the hotel forced me to give details of My credit card allegging if I break anything I could pay. But at time of checkout no one was there to confirm the things. In order hand my credit card details that a gave are at this stage unsafe.

Pésimo

Presenta una pésima limpieza, servicio nulo, te intentan sacar dinero de todos lados incluso si manchas las toallas, las habitaciones nada silenciosas ni privadas, el piso levantado con grietas y ademas no dejaban acceder antes de la hora no sé para qué pero para el tiempo de limpieza les aseguro que no.

Falta control de los huéspedes problemáticos

Había gente en los pasillos haciendo mucho ruido cuando está prohibido estar por los pasillos. Como no hay ningún control porque no existe personal alguno aunque sea por seguridad, esas personas estaban dando golpes, discutiendo y gritando y fastidiando la estancia. Deberían poner algún tipo de vigilancia efectiva, no sólo las cámaras que pareciera que nadie las observa. Muy decepcionado.

Muy buen alojamiento, ventanas, puertas, baño, la cama muy comoda, toallas, sabanas, el personal muy agradable y muy limpio todo, la chica es una excelente trabajadora, todo muy limpio, nunca ha faltado papel en el baño, el suelo siempre seco a pesar de ser baño compartido, muy tranquilo todo. Puntos negativos, el primero es el acceso al hotel y las habitaciones que solo se puede acceder con el tlf movil atraves de un correo electronico, el primer dia despues de un largo viaje casi no llego con bateria al hotel y no podria haber entrado, los dias que estuve alli, me preocupaba quedarme sin bateria, para ir al baño necesitas llevar el movil, ya que despues no puedes entrar a tu habitacion sin el tlf movil. No hay aire acondicionado y la verdad hace calor y estamos en mayo, no quiero pensar en agosto. El agua de la ducha cambia de temperatura cada 20 segundos y es molesto. Por todo lo demas le daria un 4 de 5 estrellas por el tema del acceso solo con el movil. Repetiria sin ninguna duda.

Acaso Expedia no revisa los alojamientos que ofrecen? Acceso complicado, no recibí el código para entrar, y tuve que esperar una hora en la puerta bajo un paraguas. La habitación es un garaje adaptado, pequeña, incómoda, sucia, para acceder a ella solo faltó dar las escrituras de mi casa. Te piden un montón de datos mios y de mi pareja te envían previamente una lista de lo que cuesta cualquier supuesto desperfecto que puedas ocasionar, sin tener en cuenta las carencias que tiene el establecimiento y ellos no las hacen saber. El wifi con señal imperceptible, la cama, hundida, casi hecha a propósito para no descansar, sin ventilación, ducha a ras del suelo con unas cortinas que no frenan que el agua salga fuera porque además no traga bien la ducha, que por grifos han colocado dos llaves de paso. No existe interruptor para apagar la luz del baño, va con censor, así que si te levantas a medianoche se enciende al acercarte y el destello despierta a tu pareja. Al teléfono que te ofrecen nadie contesta. Resumiendo, un cuchitril malo al precio de un hotel. Irrecomendable.
