Puede mejorar

El personal es un tanto resistente a aceptar observaciones. Por ejemplo, me cobraron por error 2 veces. Me llamaron para avisarme y cuando fui a anular ese segundo pago, el empleado insistía en que le entregue " la tarjeta Mastercard con la que había pagado" y no había manera de explicarle que no tengo tarjeta Mastercard. Fue una situación bastante complicada. Tuvo que solucionarla su superior. Otro día llamé para avisar que no tenía agua caliente y el empleado a cargo actuó de forma muy irrespetuosa, implicando que el problema era que yo no sabía usar el grifo (???). Finalmente, luego de una acalorada discusión, totalmente innecesaria, ya que era más fácil aceptar que el agua salía apenas tibia en vez de acusar y maltratar, tuvo que aceptar que existía un problema.

Very good location , within walking distant of many restaurant, groceries store and plaza shopping. Friendly and helpful staffs. Different location to check in but just near by and acceptable distance. No lift available and need to carry the big luggage bag to first floor. The bathroom and towel have a strong smelly smell.

I didnt like the fact that I had to make the chekin 2 blocks away. There should be a bigger sign on the add. The pictures on the website arent the ones from the rooms, at least not mine. Someone smoked on the room I stayed at and they had to clean it with bleach. I left a horrible smell for the remaining days and they had nothing to remove the smell. It is located on a really nosy area and the should at least warn you or give you free earplugs. Good thing is I had a private bathroom.

I was disappointed since the property shows an specific location but once the transaction is final. You realized the hostal is in another location. One address is where the reception is located. They sent me a text with the confirmation indicating the name of the hostal is Kryse hostal instead of Las Cibeles in a totally different location. In addition, for the cost of this hostal I could have actually stayed in a nicer hotel. Not worth it at all. One day I had no hot water.

Una y no mas. Jamas volvere à un hostal gracias à este. La habitacion era simple pero aceptable. Pero el baño... Que horror. Que verdadero horror. Al menos el vater estaba medio limpio. A la ducha le faltaba média puerta (literal tenia media mampara) asi que cuando te duchas lo empapas todo. Asi pues no le faltan humedades. Habia pelos por todas partes (y os aseguro que no eran ni mios ni de mi pareja), el lavabo tenia una Bola de pelos en el desagüe, el secador estaba roto y la parte de atras tan completamente llena de polvo que el aire ni pasa. Las toallas tienen mas años que yo y no son ni blancas. El extractor de aire del techo igual, casi lleno de polvo acumulado de años y años. La habitacion estaba en el primer piso justo en frente de un bar... Asi que no conteis con dormir temprano. Ademas de tener la suerte de que la persona de la habitacion de al lado no ronque, por que en tal caso la escuchareis como si os roncara en la oreja. Seguridad escasa. La puerta de la Calle hay que darle una fuerte patada para que se habra y la puerta de Entrada al hostal no se cierra jamas. Queda siempre abierta. Tanto yo como mi pareja trabajamos ambos en el sector y jamas en mi vida habia visto algo Asi.

Постараюсь быть объективной. В целом я оцениваю хостел на 8 баллов из 10. Хостел это квартира из 12 комнат, в моей комнате была индивидуальная ванная. Ресепшн на другой улице в другом хостеле. Честно говоря, мне было неуютно без охраны и ресепшн. Страшновато оставаться ночью. Хотя видеокамеры есть. Комната чистая, обычная. Мебель и оборудование в ванной в хорошем состоянии. Расположение отличное. Стоимость была низкой при бронировании. За что заплатила, полностью оправдало мои ожидания. Хотя за 4 ночи не прибрались ни разу, мусор выносила сама. Также отмечу запах от полотенец, ощущение, что они непростиранные. Есть негатив, но не имеет отношения к хостелу напрямую, хотя если б звукоизоляция комнат была лучше, то и негатива бы не было. Мое обращение к проживающим: вы действительно считаете себя центром вселенной, возвращаясь в три ночи, бездумно хлопая дверями, смеясь и громко разговаривая, заходя в квартиру и просто находясь в коридоре? Кроме вас здесь никто не живет? На протяжении ночи эти приходы- уходы могут быть постоянными. Все зависит от ваших соседей.

Bom custo x benefício

O Hostal atende a necessidade de uma viagem curta, sem luxos. Bom Custo x Benefício. Distante uns 10 minutos do metro, em uma caminhada tranquila. Próximos a Gran Via e toda area comercial de Madri. Para quem estiver disposto , consegue fazer vários pontos turísticos a pé. Para quem gosta de sair na noite, é um local próximo a muitos bares e opções. Como ficamos no apto próximo a rua , inclusive algumas noites tivemos problemas com o barulho da rua a noite.

Nous etions 3 couples et avons réservé 3 chambres. Si je n’avais pas vu leurs chambres, mon evaluation vous donnerait une note très médiocre puisque notre chambre et la salle de bain et la douche etait tres mediocre. Conclusion, si vous ne voulez pas ternir la qualité de votre établissement , n’offrez pas cette chambre a votre clientèle puisque vous obtiendrez toujours une note très médiocre pour cette chambre et cela aura un impact pour vous.

Justo como aparece en las fotos un buen sitio si vas totalmente de turistica a conocer madrid es decir salir temprano de la habitacion y llegar por la noche a ducharse y a domir para el dia siguiente !! El baño tenia agua caliente algo muy importante y el aire acondicionado hay que esperar un poco para enfriar pero todo muy bien la atencion excelente

Für einen Städtetrip perfekt geeignet

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat 2 Betten und ein Bad, sah alles sauber aus. Klar ist kein Luxus Appartement aber für einen Städtetrip / Kurzurlaub optimal geeignet :)

Emplacement idéal

Très bien situé dans le centre pour explorer Madrid. Chambre sans pretention cest très bien pour trois quatre jours Ét propre. À 15 minutes du parc retiro et 15 minutes du Palais Royal à pied . L’an rue commerçante de Fuencarral et gran via est en bas de l’hôtel. Le Check in se fait dans’ lhotel d à côté. Les bus express jaunes et noirs vous mènent et ramènent à l’aéroport en 30 minutes. La place Cibeles est l arrêt le plus proche Attention pour vos balades ,le métro ligne rouge ne dessert pas l’arrêt Gran via où se trouve l’hôtel ainsi qu’une portion alors ils ont’ mis en place un bus jusqu’à fin août 2019 Nous , on faisait à pied et c’est pas dur Au pire vous vous arrêtez à l’arrêt callao et vous finissez à pied. Y’a un café en face qui ouvre à 10:00 pour petit déjeuner déjeuner et dîner. Plein de bar à tapas dans les environs,five guys Mac Donald cien montesinos pour les petits budgets. Réserver un tour en segway chez euro segway et prenez une Gocar ;mini voiture jaune pour explorer cette ville qui ne dort jamais via GetYourGuide

SENCILLO/LIMPIO/CÉNTRICO

Bien ubicado a un paso de Gran Vía y las zonas de tiendas y restaurantes de Malasaña.Habitación sencilla pero limpia y cómoda. Tuve un problema con el televisor que no se pudo solucionar, pero la amabilidad y simpatía del chico de recepción lo compensó.
