Shuttle Service is literally trash. Itā€™s a tiny van. I ended up taking an Uber both ways. It takes forever to get there and back using the shuttle. Front Desk Staff is pretty busy and cannot take phone calls. Issues can be resolved with communications as first step. It broke down right at that first critical step. Hotelā€™s physical structure is fine in general. Itā€™s practical for just layovers. I would say itā€™s not for everyone. If you value your time more than anything else, this hotel is definitely NOT for you. There are better hotels put there with better value for money. Our priorities and needs are different. I would NOT recommend this hotel to everybody.

This is a basic airport hotel for warehousing people stuck between flights. I reserved to attend a conference nearby. Bad mistake. The hotel does not answer questions to their messaging system before arrival. I tried calling three times and spent over 20 minutes on hold each time. The free airport shuttle did not arrive for more than an hour and until I spent 20 minutes on hold and spoke to someone. Even with a half empty hotel they charged ā‚¬24 for early check-in at 1:30 PM Staff is remarkably helpful. When my keys didnā€™t work, they made me wait behind someone who arrived at the exact same time as me, while he checked out and asked a bunch of questions about how to get to the airport and the costs, etc., rather than just, updating my Keys. There is no coffee bar available. Just a machine with very bad and very overpriced coffee at ā‚¬2.65 for an espresso. The machine does not take bills, you need coins or use your credit card each time, and after a few times, of course your card will get blocked by your bank. There is a full restaurant, but they only offer a buffet, meaning a coffee in the morning is ā‚¬16 or in the afternoon ā‚¬20. It is unheard of for a hotel Not to have coffee available except machines. I witnessed the staff being quite dismissive and unhelpful to other guests as well as they asked questions. After almost 20 years as a platinum member on Expedia, this is the only time Iā€™ve left a negative hotel review. Management needs to do a complete staff retraining.

While the hotel claims to offer airport transportation, they did not pick up the phone after attempting to call eight times from the airport. After finally getting transportation to the hotel and checking in everything went smoothly. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The accommodation is located in a derelict industrial estate. There are homeless people living in the empty building across the street with petrol powered generators running on their balconyā€™s creating alot of noise. There is a lot of police around the hotel. Be careful venturing outside alone.

staff was terrible. Guy at check in was a complete hole in the bu.t.t. barely gave any instructions or said anything at all. his only concern was to sell breakfast for the following morning. very rude. seemed bothered by the guests presence. room was hot. we tried using the AC and it didnā€™t work. Tried calling the lobby and no one answered. we were literally there for 7 hours max since we checked in late and were leaving early. had to open the windows to cool the room down some. save your money and go somewhere else. oh, and they charge for parkingā€¦. go figure.

I never received instructions on how to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They blamed Expedia, saying reservations made through this platform are not their responsibility, as if we were not their clients also.
