"Premium hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet, helpful staff, and proximity to restaurants and public transportation. A bit noisy but thats to be expected in a center city hotel. Mattress was a bit soft and not super comfy but thats the only negative."

"Convenient for transport to and from the airport. A basic very clean room with easy access to Madrid airport. A VERY GOOD VALUE. A bit hard to find even if you know Chatmartine Station. The station has CHANGED DRASTICALLY!!!!"

"The Hotel became part of the Marriott chain during the summer 2025. I stayed there in May 2025 & noticed improvement with customer service! There is still construction going on near/around hotel but it did not affect my stay. Room was large, extremely clean, & bottle of water placed everyday! Highly recommend this hotel away from all the crowds of gran via but still very close to walk to!"
