Olala Go Madrid is located in the Puente de Vallecas section of Madrid. Walking, the number one line of the Metro is 7 to 10 minutes away. Using this line, several tourist sites are minutes away. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, though you could hear people talking outside late into the morning house. The unit is well stocked with essential items. Our unit was on the ground floor, but it was high enough that pedestrians could not easily look in. Wi-Fi is totally acceptable. Management was responsive to customer questions and requests, and they were easily available. We did appreciate having a washer though there was no dryer. The streets are really narrow around the apartment. I recommend not driving. As mentioned previously, mass transit is nearby, including a bus that passes on an adjacent street. Restaurants and a small grocery store are located near. I definitely recommend staying at Olala.

Nice place, 5 minutes walking distance from the subway, near the Rayo Vallecano stadium (for the ones who like the Spanish soccer league). Communication with the property management is not that simple neither fast since they use an automated phone system. Also they should leave a blanket and more pillows available. Otherwise everything else is great there! I recommend

The apartment is ok.

Terrible check in. Very confused and desorganized. The shower is great but the bed very uncorfortable. The area is farway from the city center in a low income zone and no place to park the car. Low ratio cost/benefit

Terrible check in, bad support and dodgy area!

Check in was bad. Did the online check in an got the code, but that was not what was needed to get in through the first door. Had to go into the check in information again and pres "mas informaćion" button where it said we had to walk 500 metres to another adress to get a key. On this adress there was no clear way to get in, luckily after a while we met a cleaning lady who let us in and we found a tiny key safe with a key inside. Then we walked 500 metres back, got in through the first door only to find an issue with the keypad. We tried the code they provided 20 times setting of the alarm 3 times (which forces u to wait 5 minutes) before we eventually got in. We did try contacting the company, but it took more than 2 hours before they answered. The room itself was ok, and they had stocked the fridge with some items which was nice. The area is well dodgy with a lot of garbage and scary characters, walking there at night is not something I would recommend to anyone, specially if you travel with kids. Frankly I can not recommend this accomo daton to anyone.

Appartamento non male ma zona terribile

L’appartamento è in parte rinnovato ma non il bagno. È un appartamento a piano strada ed è rumoroso al massimo(ho dovuto tenere finestre e tapparelle chiuse tutto il tempo) L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve ma la zona è terribile( sporca, Impossibile da parcheggiare ed è poco sicura). La comunicazione è solo tramite chat e a volte non rispondono subito. Vado spesso a Madrid ma per il prezzo e la zona la sconsiglio vivamente.

El departamento es ideal para una familia pequeña. Como tal no es una habitación, sino es parte del mismo espacio, solo la divide un biombo. Me gusta que las ventanas tapan muy bien la luz de noche para descansar. Es fácil llegar y entrar gracias a las instrucciones proporcionadas. La entrar al departamento hace falta más iluminación. La puerta del baño se atora un poco. El sofá cama quizá ya está un poco viejo, por lo que llega a ser incómodo después de un par de noches.

Cómodo, limpio y excelente servicio

Una vez en el apartamento todo esta muy bien, muy limpio, acorde a lo esperado! El barrio no es tan bueno, se ve deteriorado y no genera sensación de seguridad! La atención es excelente! Muy buena comunicación, tiene detalles de cortesía que te hacen sentir en casa! Tiendas cerca para comprar cosas básicas! Y la conexión con medios de transporte es sencilla.

Very pleased with our Stay at Olala Go Madrid

I am very pleased with my stay at this property. We booked it one night before we needed to stay. I was very happy with our choice. It was clean and comfortable for my family (four people). Small but had all the needed amenities. Included a washing machine/dryer and a dish washer in the kitchen. Very helpful. The property representative also added some groceries to the fridge. Very nice gesture. The property was in a renovated building. We had to park a few blocks away, but that is the case in any city in Spain.
