Our stay didn't start so well as the address listed on the website was on other side of town and we had walked the 4km there to find out we would need to pay for a tuktuk anyway (past where we had originally started) obviously costing us significantly more. On arrival the room seemed ok and the owners were very accomodating. It was raining so they offered to go out and bring us some food as we were quite away from the centre. The huts were cute and had been surface cleaned and in which the bedrooms were satisfactory however the bathroom was little run down with grimey marks and an infestation of ants. We had previously and since stayed in huts similar to this, none of which had an insect problem like this.
We got one of the lovely bungalows, which was discrete and yet close by the other rooms. Unfortunately, one of our neighbours' air conditioning was so loud that we had to close the windows on one side of the room (there are windows on two sides, and we had our own air conditioning to use if we'd wanted).
Bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom needed much better cleaning, and they'd tried to be kooky by installing wooden logs to get down the four steps too the semi open bathroom; however, they were not flat, so uncomfortable to walk down, and leading only via a rough concrete platform before you get to the bathroom. No fun in the middle of the night, and even less fun if we'd been of limited mobility.
A fish tank in the corner of the room was a nice feature, though could do with cleaning.
Overall, a pleasant place, but the first one in Thailand we've been to which wasn't spotlessly clean.
