"The beds were comfortable, clean towels daily.Tea,coffee biscuits in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent so much choice. The hotel was in a convenient location just 2 mins from the bus station and across the way from the Albert Dock. Would highly recommend. "

"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel."

"WiFi was fine with no issues, food was lovely, drinks a bit overpriced so didn’t buy any. Very clean hotel all over. Reception efficient and spotless. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Fridge in room was a nice surprise and air con was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, felt impressed and that it was excellent value for money. "This was our fourth stay. It did not disappoint and we will choose it in our next trip to Liverpool. One recommendation is to not have such a strong smelling air freshener scent throughout the facility, especially the lobby and the rest of the ground floor. It triggered a migraine"
