"Hotel was a good standard, wouldn’t say 5 star but the food was very good, only buffet option included within all inclusive package, which wasn’t clear on booking. Plenty of choice and very nice food, wouldn’t say there was much choice for children. Staff were very attentive at clearing finished plates and rubbish. Pool area was again well kept with very helpful staff. The pool bar wasn’t very 5 star, all fried food and again only certain food and drink included within AI. The housekeeping wasn’t great with replenishment of coffee, tissues, etc. All the towels and robes were old and grey and most definitely not what I would expect from a supposed 5 star hotel. All in all we had a great stay and would go again but some improvements could be made."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff was polite and friendly, the room was clean, the location was ideal for walking to the center of Protaras. Breakfast selection was also great."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice; we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. A special mention must go to Vera on reception. During our stay, I wasn’t feeling well, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and comfortable. Her care and attention made a real difference, and it’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel and had a wonderful stay. With just a little more focus on creating a poolside atmosphere, it would be absolutely perfect."

"Staff were very helpful, kind and courteous. Food was very good, breakfast was plentiful with a wide range to choose from, dinner was themed, we ate at an Asian buffet and all dishes were very good and tasty."

"Clean hotel and very friendly staff. The food was varied and good enough, considering the decent value of the hotel. Entertainment was slightly repetitive on a day-to-day basis but did the job. Hotel is very well located relative to the beach and the main Protaras strip of shops and restaurants. Free use of tennis rackets and balls for the court which is easily accessible. Gym is small and has missing weights as other reviews state, but it’s clean, well air-conditioned, and has what you need for a small workout while away."

"The apartments are in a fantastic location, close to the beach and the night life! Ideal. The staff are super friendly and willing to help in any way they possibly can. The apartments just look tired. The first time we stayed here it was 1989 and the apartments were brand new and blew us away. Amazingly presented and furnished. Now, it's clear work is slowly being completed. Kitchens and bedroom reaching a reasonable standard. The bathrooms are desperate for a total revamp. I'm sure they're the same as 1989! While work waits to be done, safety needs to be addressed. Getting out of the shower/ bath needs a grab rail urgently. This is an accident waiting to happen. The pool is a nice area. The old deck chairs need binning though, they are an eye sore! Overall, the holiday was very enjoyable."
