โBenoit warmly welcomed us and even took our bags up for us. We checked in early and received an upgrade! Gorgeous view of the beach and could hear the waves. Beautiful!โ
โLovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldnโt do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!โ
โHad a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!โ
โExcellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastiรกn Spain.
Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. โ

โLa chambre รฉtait trรจs propre et toute neuve. Donc super , le seul bรฉmol c'est que la chambre donne sur la route , et tout l'hรดtel d'ailleurs , alors qu'on s'attendait ร un hรดtel un peu reculรฉ. Et le prix de la chambre nous a paru รฉlevรฉ pour un hรดtel en bord de route.โ
