I stayed at this hotel for six days. Overall, the staff were friendly, but I experienced several unusual and disappointing service issues. I was told that housekeeping would be provided daily, but in reality, the room was only cleaned when I specifically requested it. On one occasion, it even seemed as though water had been spilled on the bedding, so I had to return and ask for it to be changed. The service did not feel like what I would expect from a five-star hotel. My laundry was delivered very late, and I had to ask several times before finally receiving it. Although there were some positive aspects of my stay, these repeated service issues were very disappointing and significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel.
