Our first floor room was spacious and well decorated with all ameneties including tea/coffee, fridge, beach towels etc. TV had Netflix etc. More St James than Kalk Bay but only 10mins walk to Kalk Bay. Breakfast was excluded but we just added and the choice was extensive. parking was available just around the corner. โA very welcoming hotel in the middle of Fish Hoek. All the staff we met could not do enough for us. Although there is no restaurant, The Peak coffee shop at 50m was great.โ
โThis was an excellent stay. The hotel contacted us in advance to offer early access to the room and to confirm our arrival time. The hotel manager, Wonderful, was a welcoming and helpful host. The room was super clean, spacious and very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The hotel is within walking distance of a good restaurant and grocery and wine stores are near by. Could not have asked for more.โ
โI should note, you do have to walk up 100+ stairs, but once you get up there what an amazing view from the balcony of your room ! The caretaker is so nice, helpful, and a great breakfast cook; and you are just a short walk from 'downtown' Muizenberg. Will certainly stay there again if the opportunity arises. โ

โMaryna and Mike are great hosts. Room and facilities we clean and tidy. Good location easy walk across the street to beach. 10 minute walk to most restaurants in Muizenberg. Fun atmosphere. Will be back again. โ
โWas pleasantly surprised to find the Villa to be as warm and welcoming as depicted in the pictures .
Our Host Sue personally welcomed us made sure we felt at home.
The one thing they do not advertise is the beautiful view at night with the Moon on your balcony .

โBeautiful and Relaxing Property ! I will definitely stay again! Tons of charm and great location for a lot of the wineries! The Orchid room had a great balcony and woke to incredible views and birds chirping away ! Loved it! โ
