โWe really enjoyed our stay, friendly helpful staff, nice one bedroom room with small kitchenette and living room, enjoyed the pool and hot tub and location. Don't forget there is no AC but a small window could open and we didn't have an issue. We took advantage of the free bus into downtown Crested Butte.โ
โNot a new cookie cutter hotel, but an authentic carefully managed property with a personal touch. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the lobby where you can use your hotel room card to purchase a glass of wine or a 2 oz shot of booze. The name may be nordic, but I would call it Bavarian. The door in the bathroom was solid wood and the ceiling was wood. The breakfast room was thoughfully organized and the free breakfast was about as good as you can get without a cook.

โThe Lodge at Mountaineer Square is a fantastic place to stay in Crested Butte. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. โThis place was so nice to stay in and was immaculately clean! They thought of so many little things (automatic blinds, basic bathroom/shower amenities, extra blankets, smart thermostat control). Very comfortable and nice to stay in. 5/5 for loft! We would definitely stay here again.
Only thing we did not love about the stayโฆ their actual Public House restaurant that is below the loft- truly was such a chaotic restaurant experience in pretty much every aspect.โ

โThe condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. โ
โThe unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal โ
