The service was top performance both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even after closing hours, the kitchen stayed open and served one exquisite meal after the other along with outstanding wines, they make a wonderful experience and high performance in making close to Michelin standard in cooking and on top a highly experienced sommelier to ensure matching wines. Despite this they had a first class service towards very tired kids for the adults to enjoy the evening....
โAlthough the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.โ

โPerfekt hotell fรถr en vinresa till Alsace. Rent, mysigt och bekvรคma rum. Personligt bemรถtande och en familjรคr stรคmning. Bra lรคge i staden och parkering pรฅ innergรฅrden gรถr det till en perfekt bas fรถr att upptรคcka regionen.โ
โThe staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed with 3 children and the family deluxe suite was perfect for 2 older kids and a 3 year old. The property is spectacular and so was the drive there!โ

โPerfect place to stay if you want to have holiday in Alsace region, we stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the region both the โroute de vinโ and the Vosges area.

Drei Restaurants darunter eine Sports Bar mit Tischkicker, der viel Spaร gemacht hat. Und einem Casino, wo wir รผber 100 โฌ gewonnen haben.โ
