"Location is good, they are attentive if you have an issue. They do handle matters professionally. The breakfast team was so good that when we had an issue with our evening reservation he rectified it and ensured we were satisfied. That is what is called good hospitality."

Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah
8/10 Good
"I think generally in clock tower by now all rooms are in varying need of renovation unless you spend ridiculous amounts of money. You need to decide if you want luxury or the convenience of being inside the haram. I took away cleanliness stars because the finishing in the bathroom was not good, there was a weird smell in the shower, I kept finding pins on the carpet in the room and bathroom, even after getting it cleaned again. Staff, location, amenities, food are all excellent. The quad room had 4 beds but barely left room to stand. We missed prayer in haram at check in so we wanted to pray in our room and there was not enough space in the entire room for even one person to pray! We had to push 3 of the beds together to leave space for one person on one side and one person on the other side. Really wasn't a 5 star experience at all but would stay again for the convenience of I'm with the kids. If I'm alone then I'd much rather stay at jabl omar and the much much better hotels there!"
