“Very clean hotel”

“Very big and clean hotel. Staffs were great and helpful. However, it would be nice if they could modify/ include some meats to the breakfast buffet, for those who want to have a brunch. The transportation was another cons for the stay. The shuttle bus provided takes too long time to get to haram and they drop you half way and make you take public bus just to drop you off under bridge of clock tower. The haram masjid is just about 3- 5 mins drive away if you drive straight down the road....

“Hotel was very clean and new , room was comfortable , our partial Kaaba view room was perfect but unfortunately hotel is far from Haram . Shuttle service is not good when it comes to coming back from haram to hotel , won’t recommend it to for young children and elderly people . Please work on good shuttle service .”

“처음2박3일 이용했을땐 좋았어요. 다른지역 여행갔다가 다시 1박2일 이용했을땐 별루였어요. 직원들 모두 친절했지만 객실안 욕실 샤워기가 고장난서 물이 줄줄흐르고 샤워하는데 너무 불편했어요. 그리고 연속으로 묵을경우 침대 정리를 깨끗하게 청소 안해주었어요.”

“Our booked reservation was incorrect in their system. Waited on hour for hotel staff to find another room. The new room was filled with tobacco smell and was very bad. Carpet was dirty, we asked for another non-smoking room and they gave showed us a room with no lights in the hallway. Very bad experience. Would not recommend it to anyone.”

“Me and my husband stayed in the Hilton suites hotel for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the welcome greetings of the front desk to the great service of the house keeping to the breakfast buffet and their nice staff and the restaurant staff and I don’t want to forget the amazing view of the hotel seeing the masjid Al Haram Everything was great and I will definitely plan to visit again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
