"Great staff. Large rooms are available for families (thus was our case). Three bathrooms were available, one kitchen and one fridge. There are regular evening activities through the week. "A lovely continental breakfast with a choice of scrambled eggs and bacon too. A great range of breakfast food too. The kitchen staff are lovely and we had a fantastic dinner in their Michelin guide restaurant. Their selection of wines complements every dish. Our double standard room was a good size, with a modern bathroom. We stayed on the fourth floor with the roof windows as the only source of light. There were several bars nearby and it was a bit noisy at night, so ask for a room on the side. We arrived around 10pm as a group so checking us all into 3 rooms took a while, which wasn't ideal as we were all quite tired after a long journey. But I guess the receptionist did their best. There"
