"This "four star" resort really felt more like a 2-3 star budget hotel. To charge/ require cash deposits for the most basic things, like towels and robes, is not a 4 star experience.
To provide the room with a tea kettle, but not even mugs or tea bags is not a 4 star experience. We called asked for mugs and were told tea is an extra charge. You do Know how cheap it is to buy tea bags, right? only a budget, 2 star hotel would do something like that. Also, there are never enough sun beds at the pool. Going to the pool with nowhere to relax is not a four star experience. Breakfast was not very good, yogurt ended up being my go to because everything else was disappointing. The rooms are tiny. I would not stay here again."
