“The day I arrived there were over 100 kids easily on site. I ended up catching the flu that night during my stay. Wish there could be fair warning when booking if teams are going to show up and over run the hotel.”

“Avoid like the plague!!! I was denied the check in because they state that are not working with hotels.com and demanded £140 for 2 nights. we founded ourselves in the position to find another extortionate hotel in the carnaval period. The hotel is a favela guarded by an armed security.”

“What I always have problems with at this hotel is the parking lot, where they are not attentive to open the gate even though there is an audio button, but it is too small so you can't get the car close to the wall. On the other hand, they don't provide water to the guests.”

“Good place and very comfortable location ”

“Great location! Large king bed room. Walkable nice area! Great breakfast!”
