"My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. "We arrived in Managua late evening and Casa Lucia had a driver waiting for us.Claudio greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. Claudio and his mother were very accommodating. "The rooms are actually really nice and the bathrooms were clean. They have air conditioning in the rooms and complimentary breakfast until 10:00 am. All of the staff were super awesome and friendly, especially the ladies that cook your food. Awesome place and its right down the street from the airport. Will be staying there again."
