"No any reception, no welcoming, no smile, no friendly, I wasn't happy for service, also first entered, owner told us " I booked 3 days" I told him 5 days. So he said on his system 3 days. "We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Bishkek. The staff were great and really efficient. The hotel was down a safe alley which made it so quiet for a city hotel. It was a little walk from some of the main attractions but there was plenty to see along the way."
