Great accommodations at Econo-Lodge in Manchester, N.H.; nice clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, cozy room, tidy and nice furnishings. Unique and interesting conversion from a factory building into a fine hotel. Worth a future stay while in the Manchester area.

The parking was small, but it was safe. The room condition was great; the only thing I would suggest is putting a microwave in the room. The cleaning service was amazing.

Surprisingly given the location of the hotel from the exterior, you would think that it was in a shady part of town, but actually it was extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The manager was kind and asked for my patience as she trained a new employee. overall I appreciated the peace and solitude of the hotel given the Money. I do recommend that Expedia offer military discounts as sometimes they conflict with the hotel, pricing and military discounts

We stayed for a week, the room and hotel were clean. The day staff was nice. The bed was not super comfy but not terrible either. The room had a fridge, but no microwave or coffee. There is a community microwave downstairs, and coffee till 9am. The location was great for us. There is a walkway under an overpass that leads to the parking lot that seemed to bring in people that were not staying at the hotel.

July stay: Basic hotel, works fine for a night.

Staff: Friendly and fairly quick check in. Room: Dated. Drop tile ceiling will have some water stains and has seen batter days. AC unit worked and cooled the room fine. Bathroom: Water takes a while to get hot, not a lot of water pressure. Amenities: Free parking. Free breakfast - toasts/bagles, cereal, coffee, juice machine with apple & oj (oj was out), yogurts, and wrapped muffins/pastries. Works well enough to start the day off right. As a basic room for the night at a <$100/night price can't really complain.
