"accidentally booked two rooms for the same date. One booking was made two days before my trip, and the other booking was made earlier.
No one told me that I had booked duplicate rooms when I checked in. I only realized it the next morning.
I spoke to the receptionist, and she told me that if I requested a refund, the hotel would process it. However, in the end, I did not receive any refund.
Because of this experience, I will not stay at your hotel again. And because of this issue, i highly recommend dont book this hotel !!"

"Nice stay. Next to tram stop and short walk to Piccadilly Gardens. Rooms a bit dated. Bed was far too soft for my liking. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Nice lobby area. "

"I had booked in doubts, but was pleasantly surprised, all lobbies were clean and decent, spacious and good airflow, reception staffs we warm and welcoming, my room was upgraded for no reason, which made my 3yr old very happy, property was in a god location to lots of restaurants and fun places.
Downside is no tea & coffe in the room, which wasn’t helpful for a tea drinker while working at night & I had a child who needed warm water. Was only there on business for 2 nights so we just managed , I will be coming back it was very convenient we didn’t even use any AC or heating we were warm enough despite the rain "
