"Cleaning in the rooms was only surface-level.
The chair in the room has a previous guest's spillage. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it.
The location was ideal."
"Food was decent, bar was nicely set out. Check in fast and efficient wutj friendly staff. Shuttle from train station and to airport fab addition.
Room 128 unfortunately was a massive let down with a strong sweaty and used odour as you entered the room that did not disapate even with the window open all night. The bathroom door was rotten, thick dust everywhere. Duvet cover ripped and exposing a yellow duvet and yellow stains on some of the towels. Not the standard i expect from Clayton. Emailed to complain and have been happy with their efficient response."
"Great location
Nice modern room and good hospitality tray
Really good selection of good quality food for breakfast and nice to have a menu selection for cooked items rather than buffet
