Lovely room overlooking the canal, with a really comfortable bed and it was very quiet at the end of the corridor. The receptionist Carolyn went out of her way to make us feel welcome and check us in. Excellent service. I gave three stars for property condition because in the morning when we wanted to shower the hot/cold temperature knob was broken and it was stuck on boiling hot so we couldn’t have a shower. Otherwise a really pleasant hotel very near to Manchester City centre.
