"Clean room with fantastic beds and blackout shades. I’ve stayed here many, many times and was distressed this visit by the on-site restaurant. It used to be a highlight of staying at this property. Fantastic servers and good food. The Spotted Donkey was a bit of disaster. No host to seat is or acknowledge us. I stood at the podium for thirty minutes along with others and nobody even came to explain the situation. It was as if there were no cooks or servers. This needs to be seriously addressed if you will lose lots of hotel business. "

"I decided to stay here because it is the newest property but the property was dirty. The restaurants, we did the buffet for dinner and the 24/7 for breakfast and food was ok but you could see how dirty everything was. The room as soon as we open the door had a pee smell. The pool closed for kids at 6pm when check in is only at 4pm, not convenient at all if you are staying with children. Overall very disappointed with the experience."
