The room was clean and spacious. The AC was great and bathroom large. The bed was comfortable, refrigerator medium size - perfect and wifi good. The food was excellent and staff super nice. This place is perfect family environment because it has a water park that put a lot of smiles on everyone's face.

First up the staff are excellent,they are friendly always smiling and greeting you.at the time they were having priblem with new wifi sevice being installed so no wifi but after asking the desk staff went out of there way and went to manager who organized a router for my room so i could get wifi to contact my son back in Australia. Stayed in south wing and only little probem was other guests kids using your terrace on ground floor as a thourough fair.maybe when busy have staff there to control kids.speacial mention to the security guard who was on dury when i was there such a nice and helpfull man.also as i said before the girls on frint desk and also staff in restaurant a well done you should be proud

Be careful as they promise to deliver but don’t. Sky TV included but not working for 10 days. Wifi doesn’t reach the room so not able to use. Very noisy as they allow day stays to have 10 people in one room. What is worse than all of this is that they don’t care as they are full every night with party guests.

Don’t book this property Firstly the staff attitude was Terrible there was no one that was professional all laughing / taking selfies in the lobbies and no one even greeted us at the entrance. Upon checking in the room we found that there were stains in the room , cockroaches, hair strands on the bed AND TO TOP IT UP WAS MOULD on shower heads and walls. We asked them to check it out and what they can do and literally said “we can’t do anything”. We asked to speak to the manager and we got told to wait for 3 hours. 3 hours later they said that the manager is not coming. After that they called us saying that he’s in a meeting. They kept making lies about the manager and who we could speak to. They were not helpful at all. All the descriptions on their cebu page is a complete lie. I have photos and videos of it. Disgusting place and staff. Would NEVER go back there again.

Disappointing!! Rating 1.5
Very disappointed in the rating of this hotel, It was more like a 2 star rating. Bathrooms where very dirty, swimming pool was dirty and telephone room service struggled to speak English. Breakfast included was a few items from a Philippines menu and something as simple as eggs and bacon wasn’t included in the breakfast and if you happened to order this, you would be charged without being notified. Come breakfast time they would send you multiple breakfasts that you did not order for a room with one person and played dumb.

The kids love the place except the WiFi is really low! To make the story short they can’t used the WiFi at all coz of poor signal!

South Wing at it's finest
It was surprisingly decent from years ago that we last stayed. We thought the place will be packed and needs more improvement given that it's been opened for a while now but the place still looks good and clean this time than before.

The water park is amazing with many options and super fun for the kids. Some places however were quite worn out. We were the only non Filipino guests which was nice because we could interact with local people and also discover some cultural differences. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The amenities kept to the minimum but nice. Service was friendly if not always fast. The private pool area for guests was really pleasant. The restaurant staff was nice and friendly. Only some food on the menu were available depending on the time.

My two daughters love the swimming pools. The only negatives are the cleanliness. The pool area is getting dirtier every time we stay here. They do not clean around the plants in the pool areas. The cabanas are nice but people dont know how to use trash cans. The play area above the dragons is falling apart. The artificial turf is horrible. The area needs a lot of maintenance. The common are bathrooms ... Well just dont use them...ewww.

Stayed for 2days . Upgraded my room in Pool side Smokin Room . Upon Check Out They Charge me 1000peso Penalty. For Smokin in the Room. They Told me that you can only Smoke OUTSIDE the room. Coz You Smoke Inside the Room I have Pay For the Penalty. Nobody Answer the Front Desk For 2days. They just Answer ONCE, i Ask Them why is Nobody Answering the Phone, they Replied in the Rude Way , telling Me EveryBodys BUSY

All the rooms are non smoking, as also indicated in the description in the online booking. The property its self was fine. No issues with the room. When i wanted to go explore some i asked for a map if the area nobody had one. The finances family wanted to visit, but the resort only allowed a 30 minute guest stay then you would have to pay 350 to 600 per head depending on age. This made me the most angry. The wifi was a annoyance because you had to use a voucher that was good for 24 hours. So if you stay 10 days you need to have 10 free wifi vouchers. Was quite annoying. I dont plan to stay here again, once was good enough for me.

The day use pool is very very crowded and you have to pass this area so you could get inside your room. The bathroom smells awful and the toilet does not flush. I asked them to have the bathroom clean and the guy who was tasked to clean was so irritated. During breakfast, the male staff was not wearing his shirt (half naked) and only wore it when we went inside.

Got one of the rooms on ground level with direct access to the pool. It was very cool to have the pool directly accessible from the room. You can walk out the back door of the room and jump into the pool. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very responsive. They always showed up immediately when called. The adjacent water park was also very cool in a special way. It was open to 11PM and as a guest of the hotel you have access to the water park for free. There are a few interesting although not extremely long water slides, a number of pools, and a few warm jacuzzis in the water park. When we were there, there were very few people in the park at night, and virtually no staff. It was very fun to slide down the slides as many times as we wanted without any restrictions. It was almost like having a deserted amusement park all to ourselves. - like a scene from some kind of apocalyptic movie. There is a very nice food court thing right outside the hotel property, a billiards place and a number of other interesting things nearby as well. Overall we had a good time … and didn't really leave the hotel property. It is not 5 star luxury, but it was a lot of fun.

The room was directly at the pool area. It was secluded from the busy waterpark. Breakfast was sent to our room. Overall, we had a great time. The only downside was the extra charges we had to pay since we decided to get a cottage to set up a party by the waterpark.
