"Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food in my freezer in fridge. Do not stay at this terrible place. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy staying here. Do not waste your money time or energy. This place does not even deserve one star no stars"

"We stayed 5/29 and checked out 5/31, there was no hot water the whole time during our stay so showering was not possible unless you like 70 degree water which is basically your supply temp in Florida. Staff couldn't help said talk to management. Laundry area had no lights by equipment, room safe didn't work, and thermostat on wall in room didn't work which created its own issues. I really have issues with the no hot water this isn't a home away from home stay with that and temp control in room being half working created issues as all the way by the bathrooms were not cool enough unless you pushed the unit to below 70 which was too cold by the unit. Laundry was coin operated so bring quarters because they couldn't supply $4 worth so we could do our laundry and had to get from local gas station. Breakfast was fine but had to wonder how they washed the dishes that the food was in? Probably why guess had paper plates instead of real plates but I could be wrong."

"Of course the pool was closed the entire stay! Rooms extremely outdated (ex: rusty lamps). Breakfast terrible (stale bread, questionable eggs & watered down coffee. On the bright side… No bedbugs, no mildew, no junkies in vicinity, and an overall peaceful atmosphere to lay your head."

"Unfortunately, the hot tub was being renovated and/or repaired… the layout is beautiful and the apartment I stayed in looked like it was from Arch digest. I really enjoyed it with my fur baby; the Mixer is a great spot and I highly recommend it but I was disappointed that it said room service and they said the building does not allow that including food deliveries…When I checked out Monday morning, there was nowhere nearby to get coffee! It was a nice staycation, and I would recommend it as a Pet friendly option!!"
