"Room was spacious with nice view of the water. The staff was very friendly. We also ate at the Fuego restaurant. The service, food and drinks were delicious. The only downside was the shower had a leak. It would leak onto the bathroom floor. "
"The location is great, the room was clean, and the front desk staff were nice, but the amenities are average.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue during my stay was a plumbing problem that left the toilet in my room out of order for about half of my stay. On top of that, the phones at the front desk were not working, so I wasn’t able to call for assistance or ask questions and had to walk there instead.
The front desk also operates with limited hours, so if you need anything you have to plan ahead. For example, the hotel has a very old-school setup, and the rooms still use physical keys. When I checked out, the front desk was closed, so there was nowhere obvious to leave the key or anyone available to answer checkout questions.
Overall, the location is the main highlight, but the maintenance issues and limited front desk availability made the stay less convenient than expected."
