I rarely write reviews but I felt like this one deserved it. The standard room was clean and in working order with reliable aircon and wifi, which were the most important things to me. The room was neither spacious, nor too small. The location is good. It is on the edge of the Makati bubble so you get a good balance between a convenient location to everything and a lower price. There was some construction and repair going on while I was there, so there were some times with loud noises. However, it was brief and not during sleeping hours so it did not bother me much. Therefore, I won't hold it against them. There are some other shared amenities, such as community pantry to get drinking water, use a microwave, and a table to share a meal. You can find a shared balcony and lounge area with sofas to relax with guests. It has a for-fee laundry service which is a little on the expensive side but not too much. It is also attached to a restaurant, though I did not eat there myself. The staff was helpful and friendly. While these are not special features in a hotel, the reason why I mention them is because you rarely find them at this price point. Most hotels at this price are either very small, barely working, old and dirty, or have little in the way of amenities. So for me personally, I got just what I was looking for without feeling like I was paying extra for things I did not care about. For this reason, I extended my stay for a while and would return again in the future.
