Manila, Calabarzon hotel rooms at the Fraser

"This hotel has been here forever but you could still feel the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. Everybody is great especially Sir Ed (Front Desk Manager). Despite of his busy schedule, he made time for my questions and requests and handled everything smoothly and professionally. He’s truly an amazing example and support to his staff."

"The staff were always lovely. It’s close to the SM Mall of Asia. There’s a Jollibees and convenience store just downstairs and a lovely coffee shop, Filc, around the corner. Close to the airport. However, the rooms are small and a bit outdated. The aircon is old school and loud but it drowns out the noise from the busy road outside. The shower leaked so the bathroom floor gets wet. It was safe though. I would stay again for a short trip. "
