Stay was excellent. It was my first time to stay at SMDC residences with no hassle unlike other SMDC residences located in Pasay. I think this is because Dan and his assistant Christian is very accomodating. Once you booked they will call you right away with instructions. Room is clean also unlike those in Pasay.

Great Value for Money

A very small space but it served our needs very well. A lot of little things that can be improved. But for the price we paid (~50 Canadian dollars a night), I can't complain

The description on Expedia does not match. You have to pay to use the pool. It did not have a dining table. There was no Safe box in the room, though the owners later explained that it was being repaired. There were no paper towels as described. The air conditioner was small and weak so I had to stay in the bed area. The shower spray was weak and was confusing to operate. Also it Smells strongly of moth balls. I don’t understand how this is categorized as 4.5 stars on Expedia. I will say that the owner was very responsive via Whatsapp and made an effort to fix some of the problems but not much was improved.

事前に部屋のチェックが不十分。 　シャンプーが切れている、時計は止まっている、洗濯機から水漏れ、冷蔵庫から騒音あり等 　　ただし、すべてをチーフが対応、冷蔵庫は新品に 交換。　6日泊で最後の2日は追加料金なしでグレードアップした室に泊めてくれた。すごく良い部屋だった。
